Here at Pallet Services we strongly believe in recylcing, it saves time money and our trees. We only buy used pallets, we repair them and get them ready for shipment. We also have a ban saw and a denailer for the disasemblement of pallets that are to far gone or to big. We use the wood for the repairs on other pallets.

Pallets we sell
    Grade A/number 1 - A pallet that is returned to essentially "as new" condition. Lead deckboards are flush witt the ends of the stringers and there are no repair legs in the stringers. A minimum of repair plates are allowed if installed properly. Broken deckboards should be replaced with boards of the same thickness, width, and general wood species.
    Grade B/Number 2 - A pallet with one 24" repair leg, or 48" companion stringer, used to repair a broken stringer. Lead deckboards should be solid, but a board chipped 1" from the end of the stringer is generly allowed. Multiple repair plates are acceptable if installed properly.
    Grade c/Number 3 - A pallet with multiple repair legs on several stringers. Broken deckboards are replaced to return the pallet to minimum level of serviceability. Acceptable as a floor pallet with no critical loads.
